Because Benefit Support Should Be Free

Applying for Benefits is often a confusing and difficult process. There are services online that provide "guidance" at high costs, something that doesn't sit right with us at DAYBYDAY. That's why we have created our Benefit Q&A Drop-In sessions, running twice a week, completely free of charge.

Whether you have questions about whether you qualify for PIP, DLA, ESA, LCWRA, Attendance Allowance, or whether you need some guidance with a particular section, or advice on how to appeal, we have created a space to get answers to those questions. Not only that, once you've participated in our session, you'll be added to a Benefit Q&A group chat where you can ask questions and get advice outside of session hours and have access to a unique 50% discount code for all events and workshops DAYBYDAY has to offer!

About Suzanne

I have been supporting people with their Benefit Forms for the last 8 years after I personally realised how complicated the process can be. 8 years ago there weren't many places you could go to find support, so I decided to become the place we need.

I am proud to share I have maintained a 100% success rate, where every application I have supported has been granted!

I want to be that someone who really listens, to take as much stress away during this process. Over time I have become the support system for many, from the initial step of filling out the forms, to being a support during assessments, right through to the moment a decision is made (and long after)!

After suddenly becoming disabled 13 years ago and not having that person to turn to, I felt it was important to educate myself on the benefit processes to help others. I've always had a passion for advocacy and felt that helping others would take away from my own struggles just for that short period of time. To my core, what makes me me, is being there for others in time of need.
