Endometriosis Support

Endometriosis looks different for everyone. We have created this space for people with or waiting for their Endometriosis diagnosis, to connect, find community and heal together.

Each event gives you access to an Endometriosis Support Group Chat to keep you connected with your community. Our focus is to ensure that you don't feel alone at any stage of your diagnosis journey.

Our online, accessible events run every Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Our Sessions

Endometriosis is a complex and difficult condition that impacts life in many different ways. We have worked to categorise these different experiences so you can join a groups that are specific to your experience.

A space created for safety, validation and connection. Here you'll find reflective practices and opportunities to communicate your feelings with the group. Our goal is for you to leave feeling validated, knowing that your pain and experiences are real, surrounded by others who understand.

You Are Not Imagining This

This space has been created to start making sense of the pain in your body, to explore why uncertainty can feel so difficult, to discuss ways to listen and support your body and opening the floor to share your own experiences, advice and be heard.

Understanding Pain, Uncertainty and the Body

This space has been designed to take the first steps in grieving our old selves. Come together and join this supportive environment, a safe space to explore the feelings since this life changing diagnosis.

Identity, Grief and Invisible Loss

This space has been designed to dive into how our symptoms impact us. Endometriosis is not just a bad period and bleeding. From fatigue, to brain fog, to nausea (and more), we have created this space to facilitate conversation and validate these symptoms, promoting conversation and room for questions and connection.

Emotional Regulation and Living with Chronic Symptoms

Medical Advocacy and Navigating the System is an experience that we know all too well. Yet we are not taught how to navigate these experiences, how to handle difficult conversations with GPS or how to fight for ourselves. This space has been designed to discuss the impacts of this, with space for grounding, reflection, advice and connectiton with others with shared experiences.

We have created a space for conversation, questions, advice and reflection. We want you to feel supported in this transition, with the space to talk to others who have been in your shoes and can give you real insight.
