Fatigue is more than just being tired. People with Chronic Illnesses and/or Disabilities know this all too well. It can be unpredictable, frustrating, invisible to others, and deeply disruptive to daily life. This session is designed to help us better understand fatigue and learn practical pacing strategies that protect our energy, reduce crashes, and build sustainable routines.
